Dear reader ~

If I have written about Keyword Density recently, this post is to reinforce  how very critical it is to have proper keyword density to be successful in your article writing!  If I have not written about keyword density, then I have been remiss, and I apologize.

Selecting the right keywords and phrases will maximize the impact of your article.  This keyword density subject is sometimes a bit difficult to understand.  I hope I can explain it to you and the reason (s) why it is vitally important.

The search engines recognize your chosen keywords and you may achieve your goal of getting a higher search engine page rank for your website, resulting in more “eyeballs”.

What exactly is keyword density?  It is the number of times your chosen keywords and keyword phrases are used in an article.  However, DO NOT use those keywords too frequently.  The overall clarity and quality of your message will be diminished.  Fine line here!

Also, excessive keyword density may result in your readers and the search engines becoming lost, because your article may appear to be overeager and perhaps even annoying.  Ouch.

On the other hand, not including your keywords enough is also a problem.  The search engines will actually miss your keywords altogether.  A balance must be achieved.

You like a challenge, right?  Well, get to it and balance your article writing with the proper keyword density.  You will be recognized as being keyword rich, but not overbearing.  Balance is a necessity to success in any part of one’s life; why not article writing as well?

Again, your keywords and keyword phrases MUST be included in the article title, and they must be in the first paragraph of your article…..usually your introductory one.

Put the keywords and keyword phrases in the middle part of your article, as well as the final conclusion part of your article.

This formula will provide a starting place for you in your effort to achieve the right keyword density for your articles.  Experiment to validate this is the right keyword density for your article writing.  Often a slightly higher density will work.  Seldom will a reduction in keywords be as effective.

If you are still with me, I consider you dedicated!  Article creation can be easy when you know the important points to focus upon.  Again, article writing is not hard.  Getting started is ~ SIT down at your computer and just let your thoughts flow.  Start writing.  Anything that comes to mind related to your topic.  Take Action!  Write!  You can edit later ~

Let me help you.

You have created your enticing title.  People are compelled to read more (of course!).  The body will consist of 3-5 main points.  List them in a logical order, if possible.

Bullet point your 3-5 points.  They ultimately will turn into paragraphs.  These make up the body of the article.  A few sentences added to each point is all you need to create the paragraphs.  People do not want to read a long dissertation on each point.  This is one of the easiest approaches to article writing that you can take.

Article creation is part creativity and part filling in the blanks.

If you have a subtopic/s it is necessary to define it for the reader.  If YOU are not sure where to go with them, ask yourself questions for each one of the subtopics.  Answering those questions can help to provide the information needed to create your good article.

The first thing to ask is what exactly is the point or the subtopic about?  This is a hump you will leap over when it comes to creating the body of your article.  If it’s an action or something you can do then answer the question on how the reader can accomplish this particular point.  Take the time to tell them exactly how to take the action and why it is important.  Why they will benefit from it.  Establishing benefits to your reader is vitally important.

LINK it all to the main topic of the article by telling your reader WHY it is important to the primary article topic they are writing about.

Meaningful content is what you ultimately want to engage your readers in the total article that you have written.  It will also guarantee that you provide them with useful and necessary information.  Isn’t this the purpose behind most of the writing that is done for articles?  Inform your readers about what something is, how to use it, do it or obtain it.

Is this helpful?  I know how to do it, but telling someone else how is sometimes a challenge.

Yes, you have learned to be a writer haven’t you?  And you are loving becoming a success at Article Writing.  I know you are!

Learn to create creditability in your writing, and because your readers believe in you, you will begin to see financial profits.  Writing articles can be an excellent source of online earnings.  The beauty of article writing is there are so many ways articles can lead to profit.  Deciding how you wish to use your skills is the secret.

Use articles to create traffic.  If you have a website of a product that you want to have seen, write articles about that topic.  Submit your articles to article directories.  Soon there will be a steady flow of traffic to your site.  This really is one of the most effective strategies for achieving online marketing success.

When you have enough material to consolidate and bring them together as a book, you will have created a product!  With some editing and added thoughts that book can be added to your sales arsenal.  Whether you use it as a giveaway product that can be exchanged for signups on your list (that list is critical to success), or you sell it, you’ve made a step forward toward your internet success.

New, original work is always in demand as content.  You can sell the articles as packages for use by others.  It can be packaged with private label or resell rights to create even more value.  Consider placing these packages for sale on your site or with other sites that offer writers a sales opportunity.  These packages sell quickly and provide an additional income stream for you.

Writers who are willing to ghost write articles for others are in high demand.  Many marketers simply refuse to learn to write themselves, and YOU can have an additional income stream.  As a ghost writer you complete the articles that are defined by the ultimate owner.  That owner purchases the articles and then sells them under his name.

You’ve heard the expression “content is king” ~ this is another potentially lucrative option for the article writer.

Consider the options I’ve given you in this article as a means to achieve your own online marketing success!

Are you still with me, hoping to become a serious article writer?  Well, I am here to further your knowledge of article writing.  Personally, I love to write and I hope to instill the love of writing in all of my students.

One of the challenges that faces every article creator is coming up with new material and article ideas that will draw readers.  After you’ve written a few hundred articles, you’ve learned the HOW TO.  But where do you find new material to write about?  Fresh and popular ideas?

Do not allow a roadblock to dissuade you!  There are plenty of sources available to you, and they will be a lifesaver.

Listen up.  These are only a few sources that I have found to help me in my article writing.  You will undoubtedly come up with other unique ideas on how to find new material.

• Join and participate in chat rooms that are associated with your topic.  Pay attention to the questions and answers to topics of discussions that occur.  Ask others in the room what they are seeking.
• Be on the lookout for news that relates to your topic.  The media is a great source of current events.  Be aware to catch the latest, hot topics as they relate to your writing.
• Visitors to your website, your email list, purchasers of your products.  All are great sources of information for the article creator.
• Go to Amazon and other sites, to see what the “hot sellers” of the time are.
• Consider starting a blog as part of your web presence.  The comments and questions that participants will post are amazing.  Just be sure to respond quickly and to keep your blog updated with fresh information.
• Ask your friends what they are interested in.  Any number of subjects will surface!

Article writing is not hard to do.  However, you do need to know what the content is going to be when you are creating an article.  The words will not just flow out onto the paper.  Have a plan of what you want to present to your reader.  An outline is helpful, and almost essential.

But even before the outline, create your TITLE.  This is your topic.  It decides what you are going to talk about and, often, what aspect you are going to talk about when dealing with a particular subject.  Make your title “catchy”.  Make your reader WANT to read what you have to say.

In my next “issue” about Article Writing, I will explain more about the BODY (or content) of the article.  See how easy it is to get “carried away ” when writing.  You would be bored to death if you had to read everything at once.  And remember….little bites of an elephant are easier to digest, than the whole at once!
